Educational Qualification and Experience:
General Officers MMGS-III ->
(1) Minimum Graduation and Professional qualifications like MBA (Finance)/ CA/ ICWA/ CFA/ FRM/ CAIIB from a University/ Institution/ Board recognised by Govt. of India/ approved by Govt. Regulatory bodies is preferable.

(2) Minimum Four years Post qualification work experience and the experience in processing credit proposals of MSME, Mid Corporate and Large Corporate loans with any Scheduled Commercial Bank is mandatory. General Officers MMGS-II ->
(1) Minimum Graduation and Professional qualifications like MBA (Finance)/ CA/ ICVWCFWFRM/ CAIIB from a University/ Institution/ Board recognised by Govt, of India/ approved by Govt. Regulatory bodies is preferable.
(2) Minimum Two years Post qualification work experience and the experience in processing credit proposals of MSME, Mid Corporate and Large Corporate loans with any Scheduled Commercial Bank is mandatory.
Security Officers MMGS-II ->
(1) Graduation in any discipline from a University recognised by the Government of India or any equivalent qualification recognised as such by Central Government.
(2) An Officer with 10 years of commissioned Service in Army/ Navy/ Air Force and not below the rank of Captain or equivalent or an officer not below the rank of Asst. Commandant in para Military Forces or police officer not below the rank of Asst. Superintendent of Police/ Dy. Superintendent of Police with 10 years experience. At the time of retirement, candidate should have EXEMPLARY character and the same should be mentioned in the discharge book.
Clerks-Law Graduates ->
(1) Graduation in Law from a Government recognized University/Institute.
(2) PQ Experience - Not applicable.
Clerks-Agril. Graduates ->
(1) Graduation in Agriculture or Agriculture allied activities from a Government recognized University/ Institute.
(2) PQ Experience - Not applicable.
Officer (Non conventional) ->
(1) Graduation in any discipline from a University recognised by the Government of India or any equivalent qualification recognised as such by Central Government.
(2) One year PGDBF from the Bank's empanelled Institute at candidate's cost.
Clerks (Non conventional) ->
(1) Graduation in any discipline from a University recognised by the Government of India or any equivalent qualification recognised as such by Central Government.
(2) Six months Certification course from the Bank's empanelled Institute at candidate's cost.
