How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send theirapplication format along with self attested copies ofdate of birth, educational qualification, mark sheet, residential certificate with one self addressed envelope of size 10″ x 4″ duly affixed with postal stamp worth Rs.10/- and one passport size photograph should be submitted to concerned Block Development Officer through Registered Post/ by Hand on or before 25-12-2015.
