- Qualification:- Candidate should have secondary education council of UP intermediate examination in science with Botany or equivalent recognized by the government.

Filariasis Inspector:- 31 Posts
- Qualification:- Candidate should have secondary education council of UP intermediate examination in science with Botany or equivalent recognized by the government.
- Pay Scale:– Rs 5200 – 20200/- Per Month
- Age Limit:- The age of the candidate should not less than 18 years and should not more than 40 years as on 1st July 2015.
Darkroom Assistant:- 355 Posts
- Qualification:- Candidate should have secondary education council of UP intermediate examination in science with Botany or equivalent recognized by the government.
- Pay Scale:– Rs 5200 – 20200/- Per Month
- Age Limit:- The age of the candidate should not less than 18 years and should not more than 40 years as on 1st July 2015.
Selection Procedure:- Selection of the candidates applying for any position will be on the basis of written Exam and Personal Interview.
Application Fee:- Interested and eligible candidates applying for any position are required to pay application fee Rs 185/- for Unreserved / OBC candidates and Rs 95/- for SC / ST candidates and Rs 25/- for PWD candidates. Candidates should be submitted fee through State bank collect only.
